In intensive care and emergency departments, patient transfers to radiology or scanner rooms are a daily occurrence. As they move, it can be difficult for caregivers to juggle carrying patient-related medical equipment, navigating narrow passages such as elevators, and monitoring the patient. Monitors, ventilators, syringe pumps, and oxygen cylinders are all medical devices that must also be transferred in order to ensure the patient's health during the entire transport.

In order to meet these constraints, HYPPOmed proposes its new transfer solution: the MobiDoc cart. This German made cart has been developed by the company MTH Medical, with 15 years of experience in the field of patient transfer. The MobiDoc transfer cart, thanks to its hooking system with adjustable radius, allows a simple and fast docking on different types of beds, tables and other supports. Due to the heterogeneity of patient beds in health institutions, the MobiDoc solution is entirely custom-made at the request of health professionals, according to the needs and constraints of the departments concerned.

In anaesthesia, intensive care, operating room or intensive care unit, patients are connected to a lot of medical equipment, which the nursing staff also has to manage during transfers. It is not always easy to find a place for the monitor, the respirator, the syringe pumps or the oxygen cylinder.

HYPPOmed has been able to respond to this problem of managing medical devices during patient transfers with its MobiDoc cart solution. This transfer cart, docked to the patient's bed, allows the complete securing of the bed & MobiDoc convoy by ensuring the secure and organized fixation of all medical equipment related to the patient.

In order to complete its wide range of equipment, HYPPOmed proposes new accessories: oxygen cylinder holders. It is often not easy to position the oxygen cylinder during transport. The STABLE oxygen cylinder holders not only make it easy to transport one to two oxygen cylinders, either hanging on the edge of the patient bed or carried directly by hand with their sturdy handle, but they are also stable on the floor thanks to their robust base.

The strengths of the HYPPOmed STABLE cylinder holders:

• Robust German construction capable of withstanding frequent use
• Different types of fasteners available compatible with round patient bed edges up to 40 mm in diameter or on standard rails
• A handle that allows for manual movement
• A base that allows the bottle holder to be left on the floor in a secure and stable manner
• A safety strap that secures the cylinder to its holder
• Compatible with 2-3 L oxygen cylinders (100 mm Ø).

The hanging holder allows to secure the transport of one or two oxygen cylinders in the care units.

Whether hung on the edge of the patient's bed or carried by hand by the caregivers thanks to its robust handle, the hanging rack has a strap that secures the cylinder to the base.
