The Chatran 6 has been designed for transport by truck:

Completely made of AIMg3 light alloy sheet metal (aluminium), treated by anodic oxidation (10 microns) ensuring corrosion resistance;

  • Sheet thickness: 12mm which gives a great resistance to shocks;
  • Inner frame made of light alloy profiles treated by anodic oxidation.
  • Inner profile in ABS, with stop system. Adapted to the 600x400 standard
  • Base frame made of very strong, anti-torsion painted steel;
  • Perimeter bumper made of grey anti-stain rubber at the base for better protection during transport;
  • 2 doors, 1 right door foldable and 1 left door in 2 parts foldable and magnets to stop it in open position.
  • Key lock
  • 2 vertical handles on the castor side;
  • 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors (ball bearing), 160 mm diameter, with grey rubber ring for easy handling when transporting outside.
  • Brakes on 2 castor wheels

CHATRAN 6  trolley - capacity 2x21 pencil trays

The design of the CHATRAN 6 makes it the right transfer trolley for truck transport. With its light structure, anti-torsion chassis, lower bumper and 2 folding doors, the CHATRAN 6 can withstand any impact.

In addition, the height of 1456mm allows the logistician to push the truck without any risk of bumping, the 200mm diameter wheels ensuring perfect mobility.


The anodised aluminium trolleys are suitable for washing and disinfecting, subject to the following instructions:

  1. In case of manual washing or disinfection
  2. Use neutral products specifically indicated for anodised aluminium products, available from the largest distributors of chemical cleaning products, such as Dr. Weigert and Ecolab.
  3. Do not scrub with scouring agents 
  4. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry
  5.  When washing or disinfecting in a washing tunnel (max 80°C)


Use neutral products (detergent detergent/disinfectant drying activator) compatible with anodised aluminium.

  1. Scrupulously respect the conditions of use recommended by the product manufacturer: concentration, temperature, contact time.
  2. If possible, use demineralised water (pH: 5.5) for the final rinse with a pH-neutral drying activator.
  3. If softened water is used for the final rinse, it is absolutely necessary to use a drying activator based on organic acid and compatible with anodised aluminium.

Only Superelastic wheels, with ball bearings, with waterproof protection, are guaranteed for use in the wash tunnel.
