Transfer trolley 600x400 CHATRAN 5

• Completely made of AIMg3 light alloy sheet (aluminium), treated by anodic oxidation (10 microns) ensuring corrosion resistance
  
• Sheet thickness: 12mm which gives a great resistance to shocks
  
• Inner frame made of light alloy profiles treated by anodic oxidation.
  
• Inner profile in ABS, with stop system. Adapted to the 600x400 standard
  
• Base frame made of very strong, anti-torsion painted steel
  
• Perimeter bumper made of grey anti-stain rubber at the base for better protection during transport
  
• 2 half hinged doors with 270° opening and magnets to stop it in the open position.
  
• Key lock
  
• 2 vertical handles on the castor side
  
• 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors (ball bearing) with 125 mm diameter and grey rubber ring for easy handling during transport.
  
• Brake on both castors
  
• Capacity of each pair of runners: 20Kg

The anodised aluminium trolleys are suitable for washing and disinfecting, subject to the following instructions:

• In case of manual washing or disinfection
  

1. Use neutral products specifically indicated for anodised aluminium products, available from the largest distributors of chemical cleaning products, such as Dr. Weigert and Ecolab.
2. Do not scrub with abrasive products 
   
3. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry

•  In case of washing or disinfection in a washing tunnel (max: 80°C)

1. Use neutral products (detergent detergent/disinfectant drying activator) compatible with anodised aluminium.
2. Strictly observe the conditions of use recommended by the product manufacturer: concentration, temperature, contact time.
   
3. If possible, use demineralised water (pH: 5.5) for the final rinse with a pH neutral drying activator.
   
4. If softened water is used for the final rinse, it is absolutely necessary to use a drying activator based on organic acid and compatible with anodised aluminium.
   
5. Only Superelastic wheels, with ball bearings, with waterproof protection, are guaranteed for use in the wash tunnel.
   

•  In case of mechanical traction we recommend the use of Superelastic wheels, with a speed limit of 4 km/h., reduced to 3 km/h. in case of steering lock.
